So long as you feel you got to see enough. I'm happy you got some night shots of the Capital. Such a Beautiful city is Washington DC. We were last there in 03.

Hope you get some rest :)

I loved Tron Legacy :lovestruc When I was at WDW in October, I sort of took pictures of all the Tron posters I saw... Especially the ones with Garrett Hedlund. I have such a fangirl crush on him :cloud9::cloud9:

Anyway, I'm home from dinner (and random karaoke, but I didn't sing). It was good :teeth: I completely forgot to take a picture of the mac and cheese for Sharon because when it got to me I was literally already holding my fork ready to dig in :lmao: It's that good.

Oh, and if anyone wants Chicago pizza shipped to them in dry ice, check this out: http://www.tastesofchicago.com/

:yay:

Allison, I'm sorry your tour got messed up by selfish guests :( I hope you guys got some sort of compensation for the shortened tour.

I'm a big fan of Tron as well. As a baby of the 80s...and geek...I liked the first one and also like Tron:Legacy.

I remember PIO taking the photos of the "bonus" Tron ending to WOC for you DisneyFirefly :lmao:

I wasn't born until two years after the original Tron came out, but I still love it. It's really good for the era it came from. I'm also a geek :lmao: I think when Legacy came out, critics forgot what it was: a movie BY geeks, FOR geeks.

Yes, I loved those pics :teeth:

Oh I agree...the critics forget that the movie was made for a particular audience and it shouldn't be judged against The Kings Speech.

I was born the most magical year that Tron and EPCOT were created :teeth:

Yeah, no kidding. I remember reading one review that ripped it apart and I'm sitting there thinking "This is a movie about a guy who literally gets sucked into a computer and is then forced to play deadly Frisbee. It's not Shakespeare."

I actually don't know what came about in 1984, aside from Nightmare on Elm Street. When they remade that, I felt old :guilty:

No...Shakespeare it isn't :lmao:

HAHA!!! I don't have a crush on anyone in the movie...
I kept being fascinated as to how they made Jeff Bridges look so young :lmao:

Yeah, that technology was really cool :) But you know in ten years, we'll look back on it like we do the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park now :lmao:

:cloud9::cloud9::cloud9::cloud9::cloud9:

That still's from On The Road. He's playing Dean Moriarty :yay:

Lastly home....will now go back and catch up. Anyone else wandered over to Alison's PTR? Her room looks nice....pity about the view.

Better take a picture at 15K

I'll race you to the 15K number! :goodvibes

Canasta with two hands?

I've only played with 4 or 5 hands.

We're multi-talented.

We used to play with some friends...but then they went off and had kids before we did and then we weren't gooey enough about their baby babble, so the friendship just evaporated like mist on a cloudy day.

We did see them some 10 - 15 years later, when they had divorced after 3 kids!!

Hello All! How the heck are you!?

Right back at you. Glad to see you popping in from time to time.

Wonder if we could hit pg 100 before someone comes back:rotfl2:

Which someone are you talking about? Me.....or the DC traveller? :confused3

No neither I'm not into sci fi. But when I get back to DL I'm going to see the preview.

When are you going back to DL?

And then got me to take some more as well!

That's okay. I got mac and cheese from Alison's PTR AND the old fogies thread. Seems like everywhere I'm going today, I'm having mac and cheese.

Maybe I'll cook it for dinner.

And I think I'm all caught up now.

We got through the three queenie mentioned it was the Korean War, WWII and Vietnam that we skipped, but they did give us a chance to stop in front of the Capital building and get some night shots. All in all it was better we got back sooner because I'm dead and we had some very unexpected experiences which I'm saving for my PTR/TR, let's just say we learned or relearned a thing or two! :rotfl2:

Dead tired, but the good news is that I have real food porn sooner than expected! :thumbsup2

I'm looking forward to those night shots.

Well, your camera is better than mine! :lmao:

The next dinner there is in two weeks, so I'll make sure I take a picture then :) I like baked mac and cheese, but theirs is so cheesy and gooey and so good. It's literally a little lasagna.
