What is the job outlook and economy like presently in Australia?

The official unemployment rate is under 5%. I work with large corporate companies and there is not enough people looking for work with the right qualifications at this end of time.
Constantly understaffed is how I would class my end of working life.

It sounds like Aussie land is doing so much better in comparison to the U.S. We are suppose to be one of the worlds richest countries. That is why people here can be working full time, but yet still be sleeping in a shelter, on someones couch or their car. You don't see that on California's tourism commercials, now do ya?

On the face if it, it may seem that way. Our middle class is getting severely stressed right now. Our housing is way over-priced and the mortgage repayments that people have to make is crazy! Charities like the Salvation Army are appalled at the number of seemingly middle classed families, all seemingly earning good money, who cannot make ends meet. These families are heading to the charities for food vouchers.

It wasn't a real interview, just a sort of mini-interview. I'm hoping they'll call me for a real one I've been applying for everything, even McDonald's. I don't get UI, though.

Fingers crossed for everyone that they get their dream jobs!

Well you know that accident?? Turns out my friend was in it driving the red car. Still not sure what happened but she was NOT at fault, the car was a write off, she IS ok physically...and the insurance is covering everything.

Poor pet She doesn't live around me but works nearby.

As for me...stupid brother...I've gotten the full blown cold popping ears, nose like a tap...ugh...I feel like Chinese food too...

I hope the massage does good and not harm. When you're sick and they go in and release all those toxins into you blood stream it will either leave your body faster, or overwhelm you system and make it worse. Good luck
