Wow. I don't think I have ever left milk in the fridge if I was leaveing for more than a couple nights.

Normally I don't, but I was silly and bought a gallon of milk only a couple days before we left. I don't know what I was thinking, but the date is April 29th and it was still OK this morning. We're not gagging yet, so I think we're OK.
