Last Thing Riding for non-resort Guests when there are EMH

I am coming to DHS on July 5th. The park closes to regular guests at 10pm and to EMH guests at midnight. We usually are resort guests, but for this trip we will be making a 1 day visit before a cruise. We love getting in line for an E-ticket type ride in the last 5-10 minutes before closing.

When there are night EMH, they obviously check for proof of being a resort guest. At what point in attractions do they do this "resort guest verification" step? Is it generally the same for every attraction? I want to ensure I get past that point before 10pm. I'm asking for Slinky Dog Dash mainly, and while none know the intimate details of the queue yet, I am hoping if any one on here can predict this.

Thank you in advance for your help!

I've always seen them checking as you enter the line.

Thanks. With the near certainty of an extended temporary queue being needed for Slinky Dog Dash, I hope their resort guest checker sets up at 10pm at the front of that temporary entrance.

Keep in mind that they held nightly EMH at Pandora last summer for Flight of Passage and the boat ride. During the first several weeks, they closed the standby line for those attractions about an hour before normal park close in order to get the guests through the line before EMH started. I can see them doing the same thing at Slink Dog this summer, so you may not be able to count on hopping in line right before close.

With Flight of Passage, the first several weeks they cut off the standby line at least an hour before official park close. Then started a new line for EMH guests. If it turns out Slinky Dog Dash has that many people extending out of the queue, I wouldn't be surprised if the same thing happens, so I wouldn't count on walking up 1 minute before park close to get in line.

Thank you all! Was there much warning given about when they cut off the standby lines for Pandora? Perhaps a sign saying that they'll be closing the line to general guests at a certain time, etc. I guess the best warning will be to monitor reports of them cutting off the lines in those first few days.
