Last seating times in park restaurants?

How long before the parks close is the last available seating time? For example if DHS shut at 7pm what would be the last seating time for a restaurant? Also if it is an EMH night does that affect the last seating time? I am trying to figure out if DHS shuts at 7pm (but then has EMH) would we be able to eat at 7pm, then enjoy the EMH after? Or would we have to eat earlier.

We at at Yak & Yeti at AK our ADR was for the same time as park closing, though we had to show up 15 minutes early. When our dinner was over the park had been closed for a while, so there were no exiting crowds or lines for the buses. It was quite nice.

Thanks for the info, so it looks lik the last seating is the same time as the park closes, at least for the parks that close earlier in the evening.
