Last seating time for restaurants in the parks?

How long before the parks close can you make a reservation at a table service restaurant? We want to eat at Walts and was origionally going to make lunch reservations but I would prefer dinner there. The park closes at 8pm during our trip so when would the last seating be for dinner?
