last seasons merchandise?

was reading the dlp brit guide book, and theres a wee bit saying that at Plaza East and West Boutiques stock previous seasons merchandise at reduce prices.......Anyone ever been there and got anything good pretty cheap?

I stop off every trip but honestly I've never got anything there that I couldn't get in the Emporium or in the Disney Store in the Disney Village at the same discount.
