Last Palo Reservation

Is it true that Palo's last/latest reservation they accept is at 9:00 pm? I'm just trying to think of a way to fit everything in, which I know may be impossible!

That would be about right..since the dining experience takes quite a bit of time.

When we made our reservations, we were told the last reservations were at 9:00 PM.

Just keep in mind that Palo is an experience you don't want to have to rush through. We are lucky enough to have plenty of time on our hands, so DH and I average between 3 to 3 1/2 hours whenever we have dinner there.
