I'll join you for a minute -Can you believe that DD woke up at 9am and then wanted to go to school-"I have a scantron test I have to finish Mom" she's such a trooper-so off she went

Now her brother on the other hand-he would of gladly spent the day home watching TV or playing on the computer

Now DH is home and is all huffy-kids left cereal boxes on the table and I just got up-Get over it!!! He may of slept all night but he was the only one!!!!-so I yelled at him to leave it be,now he's just sulking in the kitchen too bad I'm not in the mood to deal with a moody man right now!!!!!(maybe he didn't sleep as good as he claims )

That's true-he did stick it out all day -he's at a new school this year and they don't let him slack off like the one he just left-he actually has to do homework every night-he's had a few ruff adjustments but I pray he is doing better(he says he gets it now-we'll see)

DD's school is very strict. She has homework 4 nights a week. And it all must be signed by a parent or it doesn't count.

and if she doesn't get credit for it you get a written warning from the school.

You only get like 3 of those than they call you in for a conference to see what the problem is.

That does sound strict-well-I have to pick up my car at the shop then my DS from school-But I promise I will be back soon-see you soon

They mean business. They don't put up with any crap from the parents or the kids. They are there to teach and that is what they will do.

So is her school public or private????-DS went to public last year and they could care less if he did his work or not-But now at this new catholic private school-he doesn't get away with nothing and a few of the sisters(there is only 3) yell and are even tuffer
