well ds has two lessons done and we're halfway through another. only 1 1/2 more for him today... and then on to the other two.

i don't have the patience it takes

Homework is enough of a battle here

I really don't know how you do it

Some days are better than others... I can lose my patience too.. especially after 7pm!!

We don't have homework.. when your work is done, your school day is done.

I am teaching 4th, 2nd, and 1st... and don't forget my 4yo!!

well not really... then i get to finish the laundry I started at 630. Don't forget.. I have to feed 5 people breakfast and lunch, and then dinner. I have to wash the grill from last night which didn't do... and I start orientation tonight!

Yup that would be my problem is the whinning
and getting motivated to get going everyday

Do you have a group of home schooler who get together sometimes

Please don't take this as a judgement because it is so NOT
just a question that i really wonder about and every home school person i know and ask gets offended

do the kids miss out on the social skills and interaction that kids get in school

Really i think Home school is GREAT if you can do it

but i have always wondered that ??
