I don't know I was just going by what the one CM said at the castle that day
who knows???

Well, some of the CMs are polite, friendly, and either clueless, or not going to take the time to explain a system that's pretty complicated, and would upset people who made their reservation yesterday, and have been waiting an hour.

I have no problem to giving preferential treatment to the person who makes their 9:45 PS 90 days out over one that makes theirs 1 day out. Then don't seat any 10:00 until all the 9:45's that are present are seated.

I have noticed them sliding cards into the middle of other cards all the time at the restaurants before out of boredom while I was waiting.

I'm going to pay more attention on this trip.

This may have been explained by people on the DVC board who book their rooms at the 11 month window and still don't get any advantage with room requests over someone who booked the day before. I think they said how it was unlike the Disney Dinning.

I think the way you are describing is the FAIR way to do it
I think if you make yours at 90 days getting the seat first is fine
I was just passign onthe info i got but like yousaid she could havejust not know or not cared

Either way getting there early is a GOOD idea
