time to start looking for a new job!!

That's what I said, but if I can make it 1 more year I'll be vested (sp?) and they'll match my retirement fund, which will double what I have saved. So I'm torn between staying, and going. I really like what I do, and I can't complain about what I get paid, but I just don't know what to do
