We are trying to save his up for our next trip to WDW in 06 but It is hard cause once he gets a bunch we always want to take a day off but even if we only had 5 we would have given it

So when do the kids go back to school for you

Well my DD starts on the 1st-even though the state passed anew law that states no school til after Labor Day-and my DS is going to middle school and he starts on the 6th too!-the 18yr old also starts on the 1st-hope he can pass the 3 classes he needs to graduate!!!!

I still can't believe that I have an 18yr old-it freaks me out a little-OK a lot

my oldest is going into 7th grade and is in no hurry for it to get here

my youngest is going to 5th and she is excited for school to start

we are going to go school shopping this weekend

My DD is going into 5th grade too!!!! She wants to go clothes shopping-but I'm not ready yet-but soon we will have too

I still can't believe that I have an 18yr old-it freaks me out a little-OK a lot

That would freak me out too

my oldest being 12 freaks me out since DH and I still feel like we are 25

The really sad thing is it feels like he's not mine anymore-that bond seems to be stretching-he's always by his cousins house or with his friends-rarely at home-so it feels more like a family of four now-he won't even come to WDW with us

My brother did that kinda too
at about 16 we started seeing less and less of him
always at friends houses

than at 18 went in the Army for 4 years got out spent a year home and then joined the coast guard spent 4 or 5 years there and got out

now he is spending alot of time with my parnets
i think trying to make up for lost time

My girls drive me NUTS somedays but i dread the day they leave

my brother really hurt my Mom by not being around

too bad it took till he was 31 to come around
