Well, they put them up claiming they wanted to slow us down on the driveway. They found out that was illegal so they started turning animals loose on the driveway and claimed they needed the gates to keep their animals in but there is no gate at the entrance to the driveway and the animals can wander down to the public road. So, to get rid of the gates, DH asked them if they would remove them if he put in a cattle guard and they said yes. So, he bought 2 cattle guards, hired a back hoe and driver to dig holes and help him put them in, and they refused to take the gates down. So, now they are back to saying they are closing the gates to slow us down. We go between 15 and 20 mph on the driveway but they want us to go between 5 and 10 mph so they can walk out in front of a vehicle to stop it if they have a complaint about a driver! Nut jobs!!
