I have to clean the house tonight, it's for sale and someone is coming out to look at it tomorrow.

when we sold our house I used subliminal messages...

turned the temp. down real cold...so that when they walk in it feels like heaven..

then made choc. chip cookies right before we left so that they smell the yummy yummy smell throughout the house.

now, I can't say for sure how much these helped, but the first person who saw the house bid on it that night and bought it!!
