each time before a movie they do a little "game" where they come out and let the kids tells jokes and they win a prize.

well my dd wanted to tell a joke sooo bad, but they never picked her. So she planned for a whole week where we were going to sit, when we had to get there by, how she was going to get their attention, etc.

so we go, we sit, she stands, waves arms, gets their attention.

Tells her joke "why doesn't Pooh Bear wear shoes?"

they tell her............... "sorry you can't tell that joke, it's not clean"

Next kid!! she was soooooo sad!!! she looked over at me confused and sad. I wanted to p*nch that stupid girl!

we did the illuminations cruise last may.. we were docked under the bridge waiting and tell differnt drivers were telling jokes.. my ds stands up and does the why was tigger looking in the potty joke..

exactly!!! I just don't get it!!

It was the manager of the place and she just refused to let her tell it. I even told her the punch line and she said "nope...too dirty"

then she (insert sarcastic tone here) so kindly gave my dd one of the stupid prizes and said "here you can have one of these anyway". agh.. oh well it's their loss.. we spent over $20 bucks in consessions for those stupid free movies each week.
