This is my LAST day to get everything done! :scared1

I think I'm going to call my neighbor and see if G can go over there to play this morning so I can pull the suitcase out and pack, pack, pack!

It's the kids last day of school (the official last day is Monday b/c of all the snow days we had) so I'm going to be there all afternoon helping with that.

According to my trip report, tomorrow at this time we'll be an hour outside of TN.

What a mess!

Just got a notice from our auto insurance provider that our insurance is going up about $150 every six months due to DDs points! What?!?!? She's with the same company but on her own seperate policy!!! So, I've been on the phone with the insurance company trying to get this all straightened out. It doesn't help that DD is behind in her monthly payment and they will cancel her policy if she doesn't make the payment within ten days!

I've got to say one thing about DD - she's providing a very valuable lesson in life for her brothers. They are constantly saying that they don't want to be like her when they get older. (Which is such a shame - she should be their role model, someone for them to look up to. - I think I'll always wonder what we did wrong with raising her. )

Heading outside to do some major yard work. Wish me luck - I'm not a big outdoor project person. I like the results - I'm just not big on the outdoor work stuff.

DD's life is going down the toilet...she's pretty close to the point that all it's going to take is a flush and she'll hit bottom. And it hurts so much to see it happening but I can't do anything about it. I just can't bail her out of her financial problems anymore. And I think she's really got to hit the absolute bottom before she starts to get herself back on track. She's got to learn to stand on her own. I know I can't do it for her. But still, it's so hard for me.

She will never learn to be her own person if you and DH always bail her out when she's in trouble, she was old enough to run off and get married right? She is old enough to know what she's doing and to know better, but like you said till she hits bottom nothing is going to change you have to remember you have wonderful loving boys at home who need you too. Look at how great they are Kathy! If you and DH were the problem woudn't you see it in them too
