DH is like "This is good to see, I used to do this kind of thing when I was their age".
It's tomorrow.....I had so much stuff! I usually give away the kids clothes to other people, but I had so much women's clothing. I don't buy a lot of clothes, but I most always accept hand-me-downs from people at work, family, etc. and so I really went thru them and kept only the ones I like/fit well/nice color kind of thing. Plus, over the last decade I have varied in my size becuase of having kids...so I just had so much stuff. I really hope it all sells, we priced it to go...less to donate later
I am dissing and cleaning my kitchen (well, more dissing and less cleaning) and DD is VERY quiet. I peek in on her and she looks up at me in suprise and says "I wasn't naughty!"
The dogs we laying down and everything appeared okay....I wonder what she was up to
that is very coolWe have some neighbor kids that offered to rake our yard for $10.00.I guess they are trying to get enough money to go skating tonight.

We are going to pay them more. They really are working hard.
The girl is like "I am going to hold the money, this was my idea." She is heading in the right direction.
DH is like they can come back tomorrow and do the backyard.

I like when the kids want to work for $ instead of asking. Last week, I paid the kids a nickel for anything they could find in our yard...which is a couple acres the two older boys each got over $2....they were competing to see who could get more...I encouraged it

I think she was feeding them too many treats and being Miss Bossy to them. She is so cute, she washed Copper's paws and said, "she wants to come inside with me, I washed her paws" and they both had puppy dog eyes...I am such a sucker, I said the dog could come in the house....even though I am trying to clean up
I figured you all could enjoy a laugh at my expense I said, "Copper!!!!" and my cute hound dog looked up and said in her eyes, "I wasn't naughty?!?"

Too sweet. Well we gave the kids $25. for their work. They walked away and started to look at the money and yelled "25 What the heck" and jumped up and down. DH said you know we over paid them, I said "yep I know it but they are good kids." and it made their day.Most of my house is hardwood flooring...just a few rooms have carpet. DH just bought one of those robot vacumming things, so I go to move it from DS's room to DD's and guess what I found....
