Thanks for the hugs Lyn but things are starting to look on their up and up right now. I'm hoping that if I can just organize the front family room a bit I'll be fine. I swear one or two rooms out of order make the whole house a mess. As for a name for me other than my nickname on here, that would be Lannah. By the way nice to meet you, and nice to meet Kathy, and to everyone else that I don't know by first names, Hello!

hey everyone

just a pop in to say hi and that I am still alive (so is my family )

DH and I are on a little road trip for spring break. We cruised up rt 66 to the pacific ocean. And TODAY we stopped at Disneyland. (yes, we did DL --all of it-- today) we are now in our hotel room preparing for the road trip home. Road trips are always a good idea until you have to drive home.

hope everyone is feeling better and that everyone is having a nice spring day.

Okay, I've never been good at geography...but isn't Illinois a long way from California and Disneyland??? How long is this "little" road trip???

Since I can complain I still haven't been able to get my airline tickets for May...and, we were supposed to go to a cabin/camping in June for the weekend and I just got a letter yesterday that my reservation was cancelled because they haven't recoved from a fire months ago in the area

i was in a really weepy mood today...
for some reason i've gotten really emotional about this whole "Good Friday" thing tomorrow...
it was weird...
i was crying for like ten minutes...

I think my DH was in a weepy mood today....he is sad that DD is almost done with preschool and getting older...so he had lunch with her today

I don't know what we are doing. I have miles on United I can't use and then I have a credit on American that expires at the end of summer....but we haven't wanted to fly too far and on them we have to go thru LA or Dallas and get a connection...and DH has (I think) 2 free mainland flights from Honolulu from flying so much from work, but that expires in the start of June...he asked if I wanted to go to Vegas for a weekend, but I don't want to leave the kids behind...or take the kids to Vegas.

Usually I am very organized with travel...but since last May I have been doing horrible

remember the show Goundhog's Day where Bill Murray keeps waking up and repeating the same day? DH always says he could wake up each day with our family just as it is over and over again I could go back a year or two when DS didn't have as much attitude j/k
