Looks like we're going to get some nasty weather this weekend. Saturday we're supposed to get sleet, snow and then freezing rain on top of the snow. Maybe it's a good thing we won't be home this weekend! Hope the weather is good on Sunday, though, when we're driving home.

...and so continues the saga of my DB's toe/leg ....today IS the day that the doctors will find out how bad the infection is in his leg, and decide exactly how much of his leg to remove....sorry to be such a 'downer' so close to the Holidays, but all prayers appreciated....

...thanks....I feel so helpless - my other brother, my sister, and I are all here in No. Bergen county and my brother lives in south Jersey...I came into school this morning, sat at the computer, and just started crying....

Kim, you also have to look for the positive side. If taking part of his leg stops the spread of the infection it could very well save his life.

It's our annual Christmas trip to Gatlinburg. We're going Friday and coming back Sunday. And our friends are going to go this year, too.
