Lyn - Did I tell you that my cousin moved to Islands in November?

He bought a coffee plantation about two years ago and they finally just moved in November. We received a very nice letter from the about everything that has been going with them this past year.

Ok I've been gone too long!! Someone catch me up! When did Kathy start working full time? Where are Lyn and Kayla?? Is everyone happy and healthy?

I started working full-time in November. Got a promotion too.

And DH got a promotion to captain last month!

I missed Christmas so I am sending out New Year Cards. So my Mom says "you know January 1st was the other day, right?"

I never got Christmas cards out either. So I'm just working on sending out some new year's letters.

you know... I really want to get hired on at the kids school. Not as a teacher or anything, but an aide, teacher's or recess, or something like that.

I FINALLY ordered my photos and cards....and I found pictures of the handmade quilt I made....I cut and sewed each peice myself and quilted it by hand....then DD said it was too "purple"

Nothing can ever be too purple I LOVE it!! I Love how you did the butterfly border!!

thanks I used a lot of hearts and butterflies in it too....I then made DD a flannel rag quilt with lots of hearts, butterflies and PINK...but I used a sewing machine for it DH has a hunting/nature one and DS has Pokeman. The funny part is, they litterally fight about the blankets when someone else uses it...and DH is the worst about it
