and I can't get the funeral off from work
I am NOT happy about that

I'm sorry, but that is one thing they should let you off for, and if they didn't let me off I would just have to be "Sick" "cough cough" that day

I just put two whole chickens in the oven for dinner. I've never cooked whole chickens before but someone at work was telling me how to fix them so I figured I would give it a try. I've got them in a big roasting pan with red potatoes and carrots at a low temperature. Matthew said it looked like something out of a magazine... I told him to hold that thought until dinner time!

i have never cooked 2 at a time but chicken is one of the few things I can cook
I use a can of beer and it is always so moist

Wow! I would have freaked out!! I'm glad he is okay now. Did he go to the ER?? Has this sort of think happened before??

Gotta run! Time to head out for work. This full-time work stuff is really for the birds! I miss my old life from last year when I only worked one or two days a week....of course then we were broke all the time! It is nice to have a little $$$.
