So how's it going ready for the BIG Day??? I just need to get wrapping -I only have Thurs/Friday off since I'm the new person at work-

I get to work the 23,24 and the 25th-Ughhhh and then they had me working the 29th and 30th-so we couldn't even go up North to visit DH family(dh only has off 29/30)-but I made a few deals and if it all gets approved it should be OK'd and I'll have a little time off-we'll see-keep your fingers crossed!!!

Oh and tonight's my last night of orientation Yippy,then I get to try and figure everything out by myself-well actually the girls there(and guys) are very helpful!!! So it will be nice to be done with everything!!!!

and I'm getting really good at putting in IV's Usually if I can't get it-either can someone else-so bad for the kid,but at least it's not beacause I don't have the skills to do it!!!

Wow, Kim it sounds like things are really working out for you at work. That is wonderful to hear.

Nope not ready just yet. But very soon I hope. I need to start wrapping also. My Mom is going to start helping me today while DD is at school.

and Get this!!!! DS in Wisconsin texted me last night-he's tired of looking for a job and is reconsidering joining the Navy-Not my 1st choice for him,but heck it was a good thing in my life when I was his age-so why not!!!

It will give him a chance to figure out his life and most likely will teach him some responsibility(finally) and since he is in the Navy he most likely will be serving on a ship and not out on the front lines-His Dad wont let him join the Seebees-which work on the front with the Marines(like DH was)

so I hope he finally finds something to do with his life-he's been driving us all crazy ever since he graduated last Jan-a year to slack off is enough!!!

Wow. You are probably right. The Navy will sure put him in his place.
