I made a cake using this pan yesterday for a potluck at work:
but, the cake was chocolate, I put homemade fugde around the top and sides of the flower and chocolate pudding in the center...my coworkers really liked it and one just said that they all talked about it yesterday and wanted to ask me to make it again sometime....I was so flattered they liked my cake...we get a lot of snacks/deserts/pastries given to us at work from clients...so these people know there sweets and I had tough competion!
