OH NO! Around 9 I went to get something out of the fridge and it didn't seem as cold as usual. Just now I went to get sherbert out of the freezer and it's soup!

did it not get closed right, or is it broken?????

We were hoping that the fridge hadn't been closed tight but now that the freezer is also affected I don't think that's it. The ice in the ice maker is getting watery!
