they've come and gone

it was a nice little visit. They basically came in and sat at the dining room table, never even made into my newly designed living room!!!

she just asked him a couple of things, had him spell his name, told me what to expect a bit, etc.

They let him blab on and on about WDW... that's my boy!

Glad it went well, and good job teaching him about his priorities!!!

UUUUUUUGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

Why can't my mom ever be supportive??? Now she's telling me she doesn't want me to go to bartending school!

She says she knows I can do better than that, b/c I'm smarter than that, why can't she see this isn't what I'm gonna do for the rest of my life, it's just another way for me to reach my goal of being a teacher

Don't worry, keep your final goal in mind. As long as you're not breaking any laws a job is a job!!! Keep the finish line in sight!!!

OK-I have to go and do some more research about where we are moving-Did you realize that in...... 18 days we will be moving to GA!!!!

I only have three more days of work here(I only work weekends) and one at my other job and then we head out -time is really flying by now!!!!

And I don't even have a job yet-all signed up with the travel nurse company-but no interviews yet-Even have that darn GA RN license-that should be happening next week!!!!I hope so-I hate not having that squared away yet!!!!

DH is all ready-he starts Aug 6th and is taking 2 weeks vacation pay and one week unpayed vacation(lucky guy) I most likely have to start on and around the 25th of July

so I really need to get a bank picked out-and open an account-I hope we can do it over the phone and fax stuff-but I need to pick a good one-

so I'll pop back later-Have a good night

Time is flying by!!!

It will all turn out OK.

And from a friend who does traveling nursing in WV she says its not hard to get picked up by someone, so I have faith that you will do well!!!

You are NOT going to believe this..... here I am typing this and G asks "How come I smell oatmeal??"!!!

There is NO oatmeal in our house, so he must be smelling Tracy's!!!

My kids usually do-but we are moving from Wisconsin to Georgia in a few weeks and the new school starts earlier than in Wisconsin-so they loss almost 3 weeks of vacation-they weren't too happy about that

Bet they were mad I get mad when veterans day falls on the weekend some of our schools have gone to a year round model. They still get 9 weeks of vacation, but its split up differently. Like they get 2 weeks for spring break, and 3 weeks at winter break, and 2 weeks at thanksgiving....etc. But its only in the schools that have AC -- since most of the public schools here don't its not many.
