I have a summer school meeting to attend this am. And I'm trying to catch up on laundry... I've been washing and folding, but have a MOUNTAIN of clothes to sort and put away!!

There are over six of the big tall laundry baskets up in my room I have been putting it off and off and off

Okay now that I am all caught up reading back.

My Mom has to go this morning to register with the Park Manager and if everything is okay after that the people tell us they can be out by the end of the month.

Now we need to keep our fingers crossed she gets approval. I guess they have a big form and acceptance policy for being able to purchase in this park.

She was supposed to go and get that from the Manager today.

Manager called back said all is a go!
Called the Owner and we are supposed to meet with them on Sunday to finalize the deal.

So by the end of the month my Mom should have a place to live.

And it was less than we expected to pay when we first started looking. So that makes DH happy.

The Manager just called my Mom and was telling her the people have not paid thier June lot rent yet. So he didn't want her to be responsible for it. ***! Why is that our problem. Go and collect your lot rent! What in Heck would he do if we weren't buying the place. Why drag us in the middle of their crap.

Needless to say I am pretty angry right now. I told my Mom to call him back and tell him that I don't think it is our business to collect the rent from them.

Okay a little bit more. She did talk to him again. He said he just wanted her to know the situation before she got involved in something that didn't work out. And that they have never not paid their rent before so we think because they were out of town for a couple of weeks maybe it is an oversight.

He just said that maybe in conversation with them on Sunday we could mention that the deal would work as long as the rent is current.

So I guess it was nice on his part.
