Little guy is fine. did not get much sleep last night, it was stormy and when the loud thunder would boom it would wake him. I got some rest today while he was at daycare!!

Why is the time of day with the slowest traffic called rush hour?

What I always wonder is if everyone is going 55 (or whatever the speed limit) how come it slows down during rush hour instead of staying the same limit??? Its a highway, and there are no lights, shouldn't everything just keep moving?? just something I always think about when I am driving home from school everyday???
