I bet their parents would move back into their house-they gave the house to them when we moved in and bought a condo-and now they are expecting baby #5!!!!! so maybe they want to move in and help out-who knows!!!

we really are!!! we just want to get back to a normal routine in our new state-a relocation specialist sent me a bunch of info all about the Atlanta area so we are even more excited

it is waaaaayyyyy past my bedtime. I should be in bed...but I am still wide away I did a quick walk earlier...so I am not sure if that woke me up. I was doing bills and making my grocery list while chatting with you....I still have some forms to fill out for DD for school next year...but I think I will save it for another day...my brain power is too low right now

they do so far 2 of each!!!! we have 4 bedrooms(and a room downstairs) and they only have 3!!!and a room downstairs too-but they had to convert their living room into a bedroom because of lack of space-so we'll see-I really doubt they're serious(only if we sell it way too cheap that is)but it would be a great thing!!!!

it's all the bill thing before bed that will do it everytime-watching your money go out the door as fast as you make it is never fun-gives me nightmares!!!!

I wouldn't sell it cheap. My thinking is that you don't sell things cheap unless you are willing to see the person you sold it too sell the thing at market and walk away with what would have been your profit.

Most often, I will give stuff away or it will be as near free as possible. If I can't part with it as free, market value and not to friends/family.

The good part is he got accepted and has started....the bad part is the bills for the next several months until we start getting a partial reimbursement from his job (but thank goodness they will be paying for part of it )

I wouldn't sell it cheap. My thinking is that you don't sell things cheap unless you are willing to see the person you sold it too sell the thing at market and walk away with what would have been your profit.

No way-DH is willing to give a small discount maybe 5000 less-but no more than that!!!
