What a day! I have been running all day long!

Oh Kathy I think they will look FINE! Doesn't matter what someone is wearing on the outside, it is the point they are there to share love and respect for Grandpa and what they are wearing IN thier HEART!!!!

Thanks for the reassurance Kelli! I ended up calling and taking with Nana's daughter. (She's my age.) Just wanted to make sure that they weren't expecting the boys in suits. She said definitely not.

DH had to go get new pants and guess what he got....a new suit! He said he wanted to look really nice so if that's what he wants then fine. He got a black suit with a black shirt (and he has a white shirt for one day) and a beautiful tie with rose, marroon and purple in it. I didn't think he'd go for that color of a tie (especially since I liked it) but he really liked it!

I just use paint to do it. Well sometimes I use excel also.

...I think that, as long as they don't wear something LOUD (ie: bright colors, clothes that look like they are going to the beach, etc.) it will be okay. Maybe some nice trousers and a dark shirt, perhaps?? The fact that you and your family are making the journey to say your final "good-bye" and to be with the rest of your family should be okay.....just think of all the wonderful times that you had with your grandpa....

The boys each have black pants and white dress shirts for one day and blue or grey dress shirts for the other day. And they all have dark colored ties, no hula girls or spongebob on the ties! (Although I did have to talk DH out of a spongebob tie!)

You would not believe the clearance sale I happened across at K-Mart!

They had men's size small dress shirts (long-sleeved, button downs) that were originally $17.99 marked down to $1.50!!! And then they had a special going for 20% off all clearance apparel! I got 8 dress shirts for $9.60! Regular price would have been $143.92! They also had some boys jackets for $1.50 so I got a couple of those and some boys undershirts and underwear marked down to $1 so after the additional discount those were only 80 cents each!!! I was so thrilled! With three boys you know the size will be right for one of them!
