Not really-the cops usually sit by the schools and catch them there-they make the 3rd kid walk the rest of the way to school(my DS got caught a couple times) but a lot of states have this law-it's called a graduated license-they slowly increase your responsibilities every 6 months-no driving after dark for the 1st 3 months(unless for work) stuff like that-it's to try and prevent these types of sad accidentskaylajr said:
