I'm only here late cause I'm working-so that's not a good excuse-you shouldn't mess with your sleep schedule so much-it's a medical fact that it's not a good thing to do-plus I work night shift and I know it's a bad thing!!!Plus I'm a nurse and a pediatric one to boot -so I know this to be true!!!

I know there is a delay alittle form when you log out to when the light goes but I thought it was a short delay

I am here...the server went wacky on me.....I need to shower, but tonight was a little busy. My DSIL and her family came over...then they left a little late and DH is still up making deer jerky in the oven....I might take a shower and then come back and keep him company...I am too tired to clean up the house now...
