we're not putting one up b/c of the ferrets. We're afraid that they'll try to chew the cords and get hurt.

I am surprised that my Kitten hasn't climbed our yet.

we're thinking of decorating the entertainment center with lights and garland.

the kids decided that they'd rather NOT have a tree so that the ferrets can live.

You could put up a tree without the lights. I don't like putting on the lights anyways. PITA if you ask me.
