I know it is just all her life every little injury or illness has been a event and half or at least she tried we never really bought into it
if she stubbed her toe she thought she broke it
if she cut her hand just a little she must have stiches
drives me crazy
her sister was like that too
until she really did get hurt almost cut her toe off witha hatchet and did get stiches now she is much better
But Jess will learn to work with it
and on really bad days she will get to stay home and rest
the hard part will be decideing which days are the bad ones
but I can kinda tell by watching her face
SO what are ayour weekend plans Tracy
going to get your tree??
We went and got it last night, we haven't decorated it yet though. we wanted to wait till my mom & the baby were here, so we'll do it today when the baby gets here
I'm sure mom will be able to tell when she's really feeling the pain & when she's faking it, or just doesn't want to go to school
Thanks....and you are not the only one slow to get into the holiday spirit....I have no interest in putting up a tree this year even though I usually love it. I guess since we have been gone/busy it seems like such a hassle for only a few days, but I know I need to do it for the kids. Luckly, DH's cousin called last night and offered a tree from their property and he wanted to cut it down for the kids, which I think will be great...I doubt there are many trees left to buy around here since it is so close to Christmas....I may go very simple with decorations this year
Well, my break is over DH and the kids are still asleep, but I need to finish putting our stuff away and packing for camping....why is going someplace to relax and spend time with family always so much work
