I thought about that too, but if they see they can get me to do it without changing my title or giving me a raise, they just let me keep doing it! I've seen them do it to other people b4!!
That would suck...I have no advice for that kind of thing.

she's probably threatened by you, and doesn't want you to move up.. for fear that you will outshine her.

Everyone has been coming and going today and I have been in the same spot....at least I have had good company today :goodvibes

I think it will be a good thing/bad thing situation! If I don't get it I will go back to school. As long as I'm a student I can be on my moms insurance. If I get it, I have to stay ther & not go back to school yet. If I do get it, it will be a big boost in pay, so it might be worth quiting a year later than I planned

I don't mean to nag, but make sure the insurance doesn't have an age cap. When I DBIL was in school and older than 24, my DMIL had to purchase a separate policy for him....sorry, I worry about medical insurance.

Good point.

Yeah I have to worry about all that!! right now I don't know what to do!! I want to go back to school, but if I can work for just about another year they will double my retirement fund that I get to take with me when I leave. That will pay for a ton more classes and books then I will be able to pay on my own. But I really want a change. I'M SO CONFUESD!!

nag, nag, nag.. Lyn you are such a MOM!!

:rotfl: :rotfl:
The worry part is being a mom, the nag part is being a wife...But to be serious, take your time deciding and I hope you can continue your education whether you are working fulltime or not.

I am off to soccer, so long everyone, have a nice evening.
