Wow another great episode but I am so confused!! OK, so the VP is a woman (I can't believe I didn't even think the mystery woman could be the VP!) and it was the death of HER brother the guy in jail is being framed for. HUH??? Did she kill her own brother? Did someone else close to her do it that she wants to protect? What the heck?

Anyone got thoughts on this that would have it make sense?

I'm another that didn't even think that she might have been the VP. Let me say I was pleasantly surprised at that revelation. I was afraid they would go with the cliche that she would be the widow of the murder victim.

Not much has been said about who killed him and why. In an earlier episode it showed Veronica and the other lawyer in DC. They traced the 911 call to a pay phone near the Federal Energy Commission and the DC offices of the VP's brother's company. The VP's brother's company was working on some sort of alternate energy source. Whether she ordered his murder or is covering up for whomever did so is still unknown.

Are we the only two people on this board watching this great show?? For some really interesting thoughts on what is going on, check out the Fox website.

This show has more twists and turns than a Dicken's novel.

I love this show!!! But, sometimes I get so mad at the people. Like when the Secret Service People were chasing the Mom and the Son in their house. So, the lady runs like 2 feet and hides by a counter - how stupid is that. Why not just keep running right out the door. And her boyfriend hits the other one on the head - just once. Why not make sure he is down and out. I know it's a TV show, but still. I was impressed with the son and the picture he took with his phone. That was thinking.

This is my favorite new show on TV!

I thought that the VP had her brother killed, but didn't think she was maybe covering for someone else. That's a good theory too. I was so mad last night when the mom and stepfather got killed! And yes, I was impressed with the son taking the picture on the cell phone. Very smart thinking. Those two secret service guys weird me out. And so does the creepy inmate who killed the guard (can't remember his character's name right now)! He's does such a great job with the role, but boy is he scary! I think it's a great cast and can't wait until next week...I was so mad when there was a three week break!!

I am addicted to this show. I think it is such a good premise, even though you have to suspend reality a bit to make it work- but isn't that what you have to do sometimes with TV shows or movies? I was surprised too when the mystery woman turned out to be the VP, and to be honest, I haven't thought about or questioned the whole who framed Lincoln thing. I just enjoy watching the show with a mix of total fascination and feeling appalled by the characters (yes, I'm talking about T-Bag!!) and their actions. And that Wentworth Miller- hubba hubba!!!! :goodvibes

I have been watching this show on and off. It is a little off the wall but it is refreshing to at least have somewhat of a new idea for a show.

DH can't believe that they have a character named T-bag (quite frankly, I can't either :sad2: )

I watch it!!! I am SO hooked ! Thanks for the link!

BTW - My b/f works in Joliet (where it is being filmed) and last week saw filming taking place at a Local Park / Forest Preserve area .... leads me to believe, they WILL make it out....eventually. :teeth:

And you aint kidding - Goes right along with "Do you only find your SO attractive" thread.... No sir ree Bob....

He is a hot-tamale - even with a name like Wentworth!

I'm not sure of the name of the actor who plays T-Bag, but I can't remember the last time there was such an amoral character. He does a fantastic job, will be very disappointed if he does not receive an Emmy nomination next year, and am SO looking forward to seeing how he dies.

He has to die. There's no alternative. You don't create a character this vile and disgusting and let him live at the end.

Although after what he did to the cat, I wouldn't mind seeing Bellick get what's coming to him as well. All he did was manage to anger the one inmate who would not have caused any problems. That was a good move on the old guy's part -- use one of Bellick's cigs to burn down the shed. :teeth:

I love this show! I knew they were going to kill the poor guy's cat, and I was still upset when it happened. Poor old man, he loved her so much. I don't think the guard did it though, I think it was T-bag. Right before he found his cat the guy they framed for Bob's (the guard) murder told T-bag that the old man saw everthing. Poor little kitty..... :(

I agree with everyone who stated what a scumbag T-bag is. I was curious about the actor who plays him because he is so dispicable he must be doing a great job, so I googled him. He has had an interesting career, and when he's not in the T-bag costume, he looks really normal. He creeps me out on a regular basis, so when I get really freaked out, I think about how the guy really looks and acts.

I hear ya---that part drove me crazy too!

I LOVE this show. On Direct TV, they had a 30 minute 'documentary' type show that you could view where they summed up all the episodes, and had all the actors talking about their characters, etc... It was weird to see the actors who play Bellick and T-Bag talk and act like normal nice people.

OK--I know its cheesy--but I can't wait for him to hook up with the nurse.
