I have made all my ADRs for our trip in March. We are doing Hoop Dee Doo, Crystal Palace Breakfest, Luch at Sci-Fi and Dinner Buffet at Boma. I am trying to decide if I should make reservations for our last night or just wing it and find something to eat wherever we are. I have left the last day open on purpose so we can be spontanous. What does everyone think? It is my husband, myself and 8yr old DD.

Make an ADR for your best guess.

Then, if sponenaity hits, cancel the reservation.

I would say wing it unless there is somewhere you actually really want to eat. Its nice to have a bit of spontuneity (cant spell) and if you cant find anywhere there's always places in the resorts or Downtown Disney. I personally dont like the idea of making an ADR and then not turning up if you decide you don't want to do it but this is just my opinion. Because of how things are with ADR's I would always say you have to phone and cancel which if you are being spontaneious isn't always easy or practicle. This is however just my opinion mind and Im not having a go at anyone or anything just the way I would do it.

We always do this and have eaten at places we never would have otherwise.
Call WDW-Dining on the morning of your last day, ask what is available for the
time frame you want, and see what happens. We've never been disappointed.
Have a wonderful trip. :goodvibes
