I have most of my dining reservations set for our trip 3/4-3/11, but still am up in the air for what to do on our last night Fri 3/10.

That day we're planning on MK in the morning for EMH, but left the afternoon/evening open depending upon what we feel like doing.

Other places we will be visiting earlier in trip for Dinner are Yak and Yeti, Ohana, Cinderella's Royal Table, Hollywood and Vine Fantastic Dinner.

Right now I have possible reservations set up for Chefs de France and Coral Reef in Epcot for that night. Would also like to try to do WCC, but don't want to do too many resort meals if its too much of an hassle in getting to resorts.

We are a crew of 6, me, my wife, in-laws, and DD3 and DD1

Where are you staying and how are you getting around Disney? Do you think you might want to do a park that evening? Is there any night-time entertainment you will not have done by then? Where do you want to end your trip?

I'm going to be radical here and say just wing it. It sounds like you have PHs, so at some point during the day if you think you want a TS meal, hop on MDE and see what's available. If you don't feel like a TS, plenty of QS at Epcot or F&G will be happening, snack around the booths.

We have a tradition of always doing Chef Mickey's our final night of our trip. It's a fun way to kind of close everything out Disney Style!

For us, we stay in the park our last night until closing, usually MK. Your kids are very young though so it depends on how late you want to keep them up. In any case, I would hate to waste time running to a resort for dinner the last few hours of the last night. If you want TS, Skipper Canteen, LTT in MK and quite a few others in the rest of the parks have late availability that night.

As far as snacking around the booths at F&G, we have found that that takes as much time as TS because of all of the lines not to mention the hassle of running from place to place and trying to find tables at each area so I personally would choose TS or QS on the last night before I did the outdoor kitchens especially with young kids. We tend to save those for lunch/snack during full day at Epcot.

I always do our resort restaurant the last night. Gives me a chance to pack, have dinner and take a last swim in the pool. I like to wind down before going home.

We always do Hoop Dee Doo on our last night, and if you're at MK, it's easy to get to by ferry. It's a really good time and super fun way to end a trip - something special and not just a meal.

I would just set something up in Epcot on the final night, but be prepared to drop it the day before depending on how everyone feels.

I owuld keep Coral Reef that night if you plan to be in Epcot. We always tend to choose a resort meal, but we seldom stayin the parks late enough for dinner on a last night of the trip.

Resort meals are definitely more difficult to get to than in park meals. If you were to choose Uber, which is easier, I think y ou would need 2 cars with 6 people. You could get a taxi van at the resort which would hold y ou all. So if you have your heart set on WCC you can arrange to do it.
Otherwise I would keep Chef's de France for your last night.
Good Luck
