Here are the plans I have now, but the last day will be kids choice for which park we go to. The kids won't know we are going to Disney until Christmas. So, I am wondering if I made the right decision for our last nights dinner.
We are on the dining plan and there will be 5 of us. DD 10, DS 5, DH, MIL & Myself. This is our first trip so I am not sure which park the kids will pick.

Sat - Arrival - DTD - T-Rex
Sun - MK - Chef Mickey
Mon - HS - Sci Fi
Tues - AK - Whispering Canyon Cafe
Wed - EP - Akershus
Thur - MK - Crystal Palace
Fri - Kids Choice - Ohana

Is there another resort restaurant that I should try to reserve or stick with Ohana? :confused3

Thank you all!

problem is the last day is a mystery.. if kids pick MK then it's a great idea.. Even if it's Epcot it's not too bad, cause you can utilize the monorails with no problem..

the other two parks however may become a minor headache.

Have you been to disney before? Have the kids ever been to Ohana?

Personally I LOVE Ohana and even if you're at the other parks I wouldn't think it would be too much trouble to get from the park to the restaurant. If you're going straight from the park you could just ride a bus to the Poly from any of the parks and get there with a 15 min or so bus ride.

The kids have never been to Disney. Last time the rest of us went to Disney was back in the mid 90's. We never stayed on site and I don't recall eating on site either.
I don't think it will matter where the restaurant is. We will need to get back to our resort at a decent time to get packed and ready for an earlier flight the next day anyways.
I was just looking for other ideas for fun places for the kids to eat at resorts. We were thinking Big River Grille at Boardwalk, but I don't like that we wouldn't have a reservation.
Thanks!

I like your choices they all are places that all four of my kids have enjoyed. I dont think it will be to much of a problem getting to Ohanas other than it will take you awhile. Another fun thing to do is HDDR at FW. its 2 ts credits if you are on the dining plan but it is a lot of fun.

I think 'Ohana is a great choice! Make sure you save room for dessert:banana:

Its a great choice. From any park, just take the bus to the Polly. If you happen to come from your resort, just take the bus to the MK and catch the monorail over to the Polly, unless you are staying a monorail resort or at the WL then mono rail or boat to Polly are sooo easy!

Love Ohana!
