Last minute - WWOHP tomorrow

We are in WDW and decided to go to IOA tomorrow as a surprise for DS.

What time do we need to leave our resort to drive over? We are only planning on doing the WWOHP area.

Also is morning or afternoon better for tomorrow?

my family took a taxi from Old Key West to UA and IOA on separate days...left OKW at 8:05 am and arrived at UA by 8:30.

we went straight to wwohp at park opening and FJ wait time was 30 minutes
