Trying to get my last minute checklist in place for the next 3 days before we leave.

So for the actual trip I have done the following:

1. All FP+ are booked, I have screen shots of them for confirmation, and I have printed out cheat sheets for the parks that have our touring plans and FP+ on them (and photos of them)
2. All dining ressies (only two) are booked, and I have screen shots of their confirmation, confirmation screen shot taken for Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.
3. Confirmed our rental house, have all directions and check in instructions, with print outs of all confirmations and correspondence.
4. All directions and maps are printed out, hotel coupons printed out for our drive down
5. Have our order placed with Garden Grocers, set to be delivered the evening we arrive.
6. Magic Bands and our plastic tickets are packed
7. I have copies of all pertinent medical reports/letters etc...

Special things we have purchased for the parks:

Ponchos, Frogg Toggs, Oodles of bottled water, Electrolyte freezies (we're taking a backpack cooler with ice packs, we have a stroller), an ID tag for our stroller, Glide and Fresh Balls lotion (I'm sorry, that still makes me laugh, lol), lots of sunscreen, a small wallet - just enough to hold the essentials, wallet will be carried in my camera bag (bought new for the parks), the extra large ziploc baggies to hold spare/wet clothes for the parks.

Things I've arranged for the house while we're gone:

1. Family to come up and take care of our garden and cat
2. Post office is holding all mail
3. All bills have been set up to come out automatically
4. Canceled service for our newspaper while we're gone.
5. Family and one neighbour has our contact information for while we're away

So... is there anything off the top of your head that you can think of that I'm forgetting? That we need and should purchase?

Not sure about your route of travel, but it helps to bring several $$$ worth of coins with you. Many Florida Toll Booths are "Unmanned Exact Change" booths which means that you either have to have exact change coins to put into the basket, or you get "tagged" and have a violation/bill sent to your house. It isn't really a "violation" per se, as the fee is the same as if you paid at the toll. I just don't like the idea of having to mail in payment later.
