Last minute ways to celebrate with Disney dining?

Long story short my sister found out she was pg with her second a couple of weeks ago.

I have been TTC for 2 years, one of which I have been under going infertility treatment. The cycle my sister got pg was the same cycle I had a failed insemination.

Anyway my mom is giving me a hard time that I am not making a big enough deal about her being pg so I thought I might try to set a few "disney surprises" to at least look like the bigger person. The problem is we are leaving on Tuesday. We will be there for 11 nights so I might still have time to plan things towards the end of the trip but I am not sure what I can and can not do on this short of notice. I have thought of maybe getting a cake but we are DDP so I don't really see paying more money for a cake when we can get desserts included with our meals.

Can I add the info to our ADRs? Let the cm know and maybe they could add a "congratulations" to her dessert plate?

How much of a notice do you need to give for custom menus?

Any other ideas?

If it were me, I would contact disneyflorist.com and have something sent to her at the resort.
May even be cute to get her some mouse ears and have "Mommy To Be " or something like that stitched on the back -- if they will do something other than names.
You can always get her a (free) Congratulations button at any park Guest Services too.
You can also mention it on an ADR. But I would not count 100% that anything special will happen. It may -- it may not.

I have never heard of anything special being done at a TS for a first vist. (edited because out of stupidity I was thinking CS for some reason.)
You can always get a free "My 1st Visit" at a park guest services though.
