Last minute trip to WDW and MNSSHP tickets

I just arranged a last minute trip to WDW next week. I'd love to go to MNSSHP on Friday, but I'm wondering if I would be able to just get the tickets at the park the day of. Is this event something so crowded that I may not be able to get tickets then?

Tough to say... last year the party sold out only on Oct 31. This year, the party sold out on Sept 29 (if I'm remembering correctly), but many speculate that was because of it being a Friday, with the free dining promotion, and Epcot F&WF.

So long as the party doesn't sell out, you can get tickets the day of. A better idea, if you're sure you want to go, is to call ahead and buy the tickets now, and have them held at Will Call at guest relations at the MK. That way, you can know for certain the tickets are paid for and ready for your use on Friday. Also, you will get a small discount buying in advance, than buying in person at the party.

If you are an AP'er and will be there the 23rd or the 24th,ask about the AP discount. I paid $35.10 with tax for my ticket.

Haven't heard yet, but I saw as far as Tuesday's forecast artly cloudy Lows in the upper 60s, Highs in the upper 80's. Not that, that helps us

Weather.com shows 88 as the high and 67 as the overnight low. Partly cloudy. Precip chance of 20%. I'll be there 16-23rd! Looks hot to start our trip though.

I am also going to the party on 10/19. That is a Thursday, not a Friday. (For clarification sajetto, since you said you wanted to go on a Friday but later said 10/19. Just making sure you buy your tickets for the right day )

You're right. Just wasn't paying attention to what I was typing. That would be pretty bad if I bought my tickets for the 19th and then showed up for Friday

We went on 9/29 which was a Friday and it was sold out that night, so you may want to try and get them ahead of time.
The party was so much fun and the weather was perfect - it was high 80's and low 90's the whole time we were there.
