Okay, my ds & her husband are planning a very last minute trip to the world on 9/25 -10/2. They had trip to another destination all planned out, but decided for the money, they would rather go to Disney. Who wouldn't??:confused3 Anyways, now they missed out on the free dining and all other promotions that we could think of. Are there any deals on site or off-site that might help them save some money? I deleted my old copies of the newsletters to see what the other hotels are offering, but I know that they would honestly perfer to stay onsite too. Any help or suggestion of deals would be great! We've already called too - no pin attached to their name.

Check out the Seralago. For offsite this is a good bet. It isnt fancy at all. But its clean, there are good pools, a free shuttle and the prices are really great. Sometimes you can get a coupon in roomsaver for next to nothing (one time we stayed for $28 a night!)

for tickets check out undercover tourist. Nobody really offers a GREAT discount on Disney tickets.. they just dont get discounted. BUT they offer a little one.

I would check into getting a Tables in Wonderland card. Its not a HUGE help.. but every penny saved counts right?

Thank you for any information. Sometimes when you're in a hurry and start to stress, you overlook the obvious, so I really appreciate any opinions on this.

I think if you will look at the Disney site, there are 3 offers and one is the free dining package. It may just be that there aren't any rooms still available for this package, since I believe that is the first weekend of the Food and Wine Festival.

You can't purchase the TiW card unless you are a Florida resident or AP holder - I didn't see any hints of either of those in the OP's post.

Yeah the 40% room discount is still in effect. She could also check out travelzoo.com They usually have some good deals. How fun...we will be there that same time, well, a little earlier, but we leave on the 28th. hope she finds something and has a great time!
