This is my first post...LOVE this sight...I'm hooked (addicted) to it!!

Called Disney for a last minute trip to disney at the end of January. Was offered the DDP for $150 more. Now I need to know where we should eat, don't care for the fancy places. Family of five...kids 12, 6, 1. Can you guys HELP.. It is our first time to Disney. I have NO IDEA where to eat.

We will be at
Sunday- Hollywood Studios
Monday- Animal Kingdom
Tuesday-Magic kingdom
Wednesday- Epcot

Welcome!

Ask a simple question like this and you will get 100 simple answers from everyone. Unfortunately nobody will give you the same answer. ;)

Your best bet would be to take a glance at the menus and see what appeals the most to you. Do you like buffet dining? Is Family Style your thing? Are your tastes adventurous, or do you prefer to take the path more traveled?

Another consideration, especially at this 'late' date, is what is available? I wouldn't get my heart set on LeCellier or the Princesses in the castle. Not that it couldn't happen, but those are 'hot' tickets that generally are booked around 180 days out.

My thoughts - it's a quick trip for you. Especially if you're using Disney transportation, I'd stay with dining in the park that you're in (or eating close by at an Epcot resort (Epcot) or Monorail resort (MK)) On your MGM day and AK day you may take too much time getting to your sit down meal.
