Last minute trip advice

Hey all! Hubby and I are planning a last minute trip and the hotel we usually stay at is all booked! Trying to keep this budget friendly so we've narrowed it down to Quality inn and suites (Manchester avenues) or the Anaheim hotel (on Harbor blvd). Price is the same. Thoughts? Staying on property is a no-go since this has to be budget friendly. Thanks!

My family used to stay at the Quality Inn when it was the Penny Sleeper. I remember it being a pretty decent hotel. Not sure about the Anaheim hotel, I haven't stayed there.
