Last minute trip advice

Hi all, we just booked a last minute trip for my daughters for tomorrow, and we weren't able to call Magical Express till after eight by which time they were closed. So they leave at 10 in the morning and are only taking a carry on and we were wondering if it would be too late to call in the morning for a 11:30 arrival. Or are we going to have to alternate arrangements?

It's probably too late, but just for future reference, they would have to pick up their own baggage if they check anything. You should have been able to call this morning for DME and be added on without an issue.

If you have your hotel reservation number and the flight you arrived on, isn't that good enough for them to give you a ride? The OP said luggage isn't an issue.

I don't believe so -- I'm fairly certain that DME has to be added on so many days in advance. I can't remember how many that is though.....

**CORRECTING MYSELF -- In order to receive the DME packets with the luggage tags DME is supposed to be added at least 10 days out. Had the booking vs. booking in time to get the DME packet mixed up. Straightened myself out by reading the sticky thread above.

Whew it worked it self out, I was being a worry wart but they are grown women and they can figure things out too. Its just that usually I am the planner so I was feeling helpless.

Because we did every thing so last minute, litteraly the day before, and ive never used ME I wasnt quite sure how it worked.

They were able to call after nine the morning of, while waiting for the plane and it worked out perfectly.
