Has anyone used this site before? I'm planning a trip for my mom and I for november. I looked up plane tickets on one site and it was $400 each!
Lmt has a package for flight, hotel, and rental car for the same time frame for $500. Is the site legit?

Thanks!

Yes, the site is legit but I've never used them before. I have used the last minute specials at Luxurylink.com. I'm a budget gal during my normal life but I'm not a budget traveler

See if you can get some reviews on line and see what they say.

Last minute travel is often a very economical way to travel.

Use LMT all the time for hotels. Can usually find the specific hotel I'm looking for, and reservations are cancellable for $25 up to a week before stay.

Got some good deals for before and after our Alaskan cruise in Seattle for hotels. Saved about $250.00.

I just booked a room at the Hilton DTD for June- 6 nights. It was just under $600! Every site I checked on said it was sold out except LMT (and the nightly rate for the rooms that were avail was $160). I did check out the BBB just to be safe and they have an A+ rating.

I found out a way to see what hotel you book (LMT. com) through the Dis boards on the hotel accomodation link. Its heading is something about "Priceline." I was able to see where I was booking before I actually booked it. It was very cool. Now i'm looking forward to a great trip.

I hope you have a wonderful, magical trip.

Yes - I've used it twice now. We first used it at the Bonnet Creek Hilton for our spring break weekend trip to Disney. Beautiful hotel, I think they were asking something like $180 and we got it for $89/night. My mom was so worried an skeptical (she doesn't like doing anything on the internet) and was so happy when it worked. This hotel does add parking and resort fees though, so make sure you check that when you are looking at the descriptions.

Next I used it for a one night trip to downtown Orlando to see a concert. We stayed at a Comfort Inn (or one of those types of hotels) that was listed at $120 and we got it for $70 or 80.

I look on there all the time now for a weekend trip we're trying to plan in June.

I dont know if JetBlue flies from your town, but they sometimes have great prices for nonstop airfare, hotel and car. I know friends that have used Last Minute Travel with no problems. Check all of your options.

ugh, just went to the web site exactly as the above poster put it and got hung up on some ad site which wouldn't let me close the window.

It's http://www.lastminutetravel.com/, no initials please! Thought I might save someone with the window-closing-fight.
