Last Minute Surprise Trip - DDP ADR's are SET!

So I just upgraded to the Deluxe Dining Plan for our surprise trip at the end of the month (just me and DS5). I was worried about booking ADR's but this is what I got:
1st Day (we arrive at 10:50am and have MNSSHP tickets for that night): The Plaza Dinner 4:20
2nd Day (Epcot): Akershus Breakfast 9:50, Coral Reef Lunch 1:50, Garden Grill Dinner4:30
3rd Day (Epcot): Ohana Breakfast 7:30, Biergarten Lunch 1:35, 1900 Park Fare Dinner 7:55
4th Day (DHS): Hollywood & Vine Breakfast 8:30, 50's Prime Time Lunch 12:55, Brown Derby Dinner5:25
5th Day (MK): Liberty Tree Tavern Lunch 12:55, Narcoossee's Dinner 5:50
Last Day: 1900 Park Fare Breakfast 10:00 (we fly out at 4:10)

Does all of that look like it will work? I plan to use some snack credits at the Food & Wine Festival of course... and our MK morning will be full of bakery & Dole Whips

I love to eat when I'm at WDW and I have a good appetite (many people think the DxDP is too much food, but I can handle i)t. With that said, I think some of your times are really close together.

For example, on Day 2, you're eating breakfast at 9:50. Assuming an hour for your meal, you're done at 10:50. Then you have lunch at 1:50. Again, assuming an hour, you're finished lunch at 2:50. Are you and your son really going to be ready for dinner less than 2 hours later? That's a lot of food in a short period of time.

Also, are you staying 5 nights. I think I counted 16 credits. Double check that to be sure.

I think you are going to spend a great deal of your trip eating,lol , if it were me, i would lighten the load by booking character breakfasts for DS5 in the am , and signatures for supper , that way you will have a bit of room midday for snacks , I also want to reccomend , since you are travelling with a boy , instead of akershus , to go to the cape may character meal at the beach club, close to epcot ,mickey,donald and goofy , and in my opinion , the best breakfast buffet on property

Here is what i do on DxDP

1 TS for Breakfast or 2 if it is at CRT

The do a signature for Dinner 2 TS

I cant see going to 3 meals a day, i'd rather have a snack which you have on the DxDP anyway so might as well use them.

Thanks, I will try but honestly these are all the times I could get. It's getting pretty close. I was planning on using snack credits for the food booths in Epcot.

I count 15 or am I wrong? The only "2 credit" places I have are Narcoossee's & Brown Derby, right?
