Last Minute Summer Reservation

hello, all! i just had a contract sent over to rofr, so in my understanding i should be able to book a trip by the very end of may. we were REALLY hoping to be able to visit disney this summer to try out our new timeshare. i realize getting a studio at my home resort (bwv) is not likely, but is it going to be really hard to find a studio ANYWHERE???? i'm fine with staying anywhere but saratoga springs. nothing against the resort, it just looks too much like home (ohio).

I would plan on backing the points for next year if you don't want to stay at SSR.

When i bought in wr closed june or july and i was able to get a week at vwl for august plus 2 nts at beach club. I have also made room only reservations at pop and then kept calling (before online) and ended up getting akv rooms. I always end up with something good at dvc if i am persistant and flexible.

Personally, if you are flexible with dates, I think that you will get a studio, maybe even at BWV in a pool/garden view. It seems like summer has become a little easier to book as Oct. - Dec. has become harder to book.

Thanks, everyone! I assumed I'd be able to get something since we're so leniant with dates, but then I was starting to worry all the studios would be booked. We didn't get the greatest deal, so I'm sure our contract will pass. I just hate the two month wait til we can book!
